MTN DEW Debuts ‘Lost Episode’ of Bob Ross Painting Tutorial to Inspire Creativity

PURCHASE, NY, March 1, 2021 / PRNewswire / – MTN DEW® channels nostalgia by announcing the release of a never-before-seen “Lost Episode” by Bob Ross, inspired by the cultural icon’s original television series “Joy of Painting” and created in collaboration with “The Bob Ross” Companies. The ‘Lost Episode’ will premiere on YouTube 6th March and will include a long video tutorial for DEW Nation where you can adjust and pick up brushes to create “happy little droplets” on a DEW-inspired scenic canvas.

In addition to the video tutorial, fans will see this campaign come to life through: 15 and: 30 TVCs. This inspires everyone to use their creativity and do in their free time like Bob Ross would.

Exclusive kits will be distributed after the YouTube premiere via a social giveaway run by a select group of TikTok influencers.

Fans will have the opportunity to bid on TVC’s Bob Ross-inspired artwork through a virtual charity auction conducted through a world-class online auction site. The proceeds of the charity auction will be donated to a nonprofit approved by The Bob Ross Company. More details about the charity auction will follow.
