Mark Wright is left dripping with sweat and panting after savage online workout
SWEATY Mark Wright was left panting after a grueling online workout today as he continued to work on his abs.
Mark, 33, explained from his gym that he wasn’t in the mood to exercise, but had asserted himself and felt “incredible”.

“I’m soaking wet,” he told the fans.
“I feel stronger every day.
I knew I would feel trash if I didn’t, but amazing when I did. I have it in bed. I didn’t want to do it because I was tired from work at 6am.
“I felt terrible, but now I feel great.”

He pushed his Train Wright program called Four Week Fat Burners.
Mark, 33, and Josh started the online personal training courses in Lockdown after showing how he got in shape.
Mark looked at himself in the mirror and admitted, “I have to shave my chest. I’m a hairy man.”
Earlier in the year, the 33-year-old television and radio star shared two before and after recordings that highlighted the difference in shape between January 2nd and February 2nd.
