Free Exterior Painting Available In Roseville

Does your house need exterior painting or minor repairs? You may be eligible for free assistance. Hearts & Hammers’ mission is to provide the elderly, disabled and veterans with outdoor DIY assistance.

Every year from June to September, thousands of volunteers offer exterior paints and minor repairs to homeowners across the metropolitan area of ​​seven counties.

Eligible to participate:

  • Live in / own family home on Seven County Metro
  • At least 60 years of age or a disabled person or veteran of the United States Armed Forces or their surviving spouse.
  • Total household income (from all sources) must meet the income guidelines.

Homeowners can apply at or call 651-636-0797 Ext 2 to receive an application in the mail.

Hearts & Hammers accepts applications throughout the season. Applying does not guarantee that your home will be selected. Homes will be inspected and selected based on volunteer availability, materials and the amount of work.

Hearts & Hammers welcomes volunteer groups from businesses, community groups, parishes, families, and individuals. If you or a group of friends or colleagues would like to help a homeowner in need please call 651-636-0797 Ext 2.
