Convicted Felon Arrested for Allegedly Spray Painting Police Department Wall

Officials arrested a convicted criminal in Chino for allegedly spraying his street name on an outside wall of the Pomona Police Department, police said on Sunday.

The Department’s Serious Crime Task Force arrived at a residential unit on Notre Dame Ave. at around 9:15 pm on Saturday. A search warrant issued in 5980. The officers had already contacted Kyle Tindall near his home before delivering the search warrant, police said.

Officers allegedly found a loaded pistol, assault rifle, ammunition, scales, illegal narcotics and a large sum of money in Tindall’s apartment.

He was arrested on suspicion of vandalism. He was a criminal in possession of a firearm, a criminal in possession of ammunition, in possession of a firearm and a controlled substance, in possession of cocaine and an illegal assault rifle.
